Tim’s law enforcement career spans four decades. Following high school, Tim enlisted in the Air Force and served four years as a law enforcement specialist. After his enlistment, he joined the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) and served 24 years, retiring in 2007. During his SAPD career, Tim’s duties included patrol, homicide detective, sex crimes sergeant, and police tactics and firearms supervisor. He then served eleven years with the Bonneville County Sheriff as a reserve deputy and continues to serve as chaplain. After retiring from the SAPD, he was called to pastor full time in Idaho. Tim currently serves as pastor of Cop Church Idaho Falls. In 2016, he founded The Strong Blue Line ministries. His degrees include a Master of Science in Criminal Justice, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry. He is ordained through The Alliance. Tim is married to Sherry and they have three children and several grandchildren.
